The Keepsake Box

Your companion's journey begins at home — with you.

When you choose a memorial tier, we send you The Keepsake Box — a carefully designed kit that contains everything you need to prepare your companion for their final flight.

Inside The Keepsake Box:

  • The Memorial Vial — A precision-sealed, aerospace-grade vessel designed to protect your companion's ashes from launch through orbit.
  • The Transfer Tool — A small, easy-to-use scoop for placing ashes into the vial. You only need a symbolic amount — less than a teaspoon.
  • The Return Envelope — A prepaid, tamper-evident return mailer. Seal the vial, place it inside, and drop it in any mailbox.
  • A Personal Note Card — Space to write your companion's name, a memory, or a farewell that will be archived as part of their mission record.

The Keepsake Box typically arrives within 5–7 business days of your order. Take as much time as you need before sending it back. There is no deadline on grief.

Once we receive your sealed Keepsake Box, your companion's ashes enter our chain-of-custody protocol — tracked, verified, and handled with the same care we give to our spacecraft components.

What Happens Next:

  • Verification & Intake — We confirm receipt, verify the seal integrity, and log your companion into our mission manifest.
  • Integration into The Vessel — Your companion's vial is carefully integrated into The Vessel, our dedicated memorial payload module aboard our nanosatellite.
  • Mission Assignment — You receive your mission designation and estimated launch window. We keep you updated at every milestone.
  • Launch — Your companion launches into orbit from U.S. soil, aboard a real spacecraft built right here in Nashville, Tennessee.

You'll receive email updates at every stage: intake confirmation, integration, mission assignment, launch countdown, and post-launch confirmation.

After launch, your companion enters Earth orbit — circling the planet they once explored with you from the ground. And you'll know exactly where they are.

What You Receive:

  • Flight Certificate — A personalized document with your pet's name, mission designation, orbit parameters, and launch date. Digital for Glow and Radiance; a framed physical edition for Eternal.
  • Live Orbit Tracking — Access our tracking portal to see your companion's real-time position as they circle the Earth. Know exactly when to look up.
  • Memorial Webpage — A permanent online tribute to your companion, featuring their name, photo (Radiance and Eternal), and mission data. Share it with anyone who loved them.
  • Star Map — Eternal tier includes a custom star map of the sky on launch night, printed and shipped to you as a keepsake.
  • Launch Video — Eternal tier includes footage of your companion's launch, a moment you can replay forever.

Return — At Your Pace

Seal the vial, place it in the return mailer, and send it back whenever you're ready.

Intake — Within 48 Hours of Receipt

We confirm receipt, verify the seal, and assign your companion to an upcoming mission.

Pre-Launch — Mission Updates

You receive your mission designation, estimated launch window, and countdown updates.

Launch Day

Your companion launches into orbit from U.S. soil. You receive real-time confirmation.
